FORREST HART Service Held

Funeral services were held last Thursday, March 14, for Forrest M. Hart of rural Winterset, who died Monday, March 11, 1974, at Iowa Methodist Hospital in Des Moines. Mr. Hart was 52 years of age.

Born at St. Charles on November 9, 1921, Mr. Hart was the son of E. H. and Reba Ross Hart. He was married to Genevieve V. Ross on June 10, 1943, in Des Moines.

Mr. Hart had been a resident of Madison County for a total of 21 years. He was employed as a meat salesman, and was also a member of the Dowling Club of Des Moines. He was a veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his wife, Genevieve, and seven children: Steven Hart of Waukee; Michael Hart of Ashland City, Tenn.; Douglas Hart of Staples, Minn.; Mrs. Suzanne Reineck and Leo D. Hart, both of Des Moines; and Mark and Michelle, both at home.

Other survivors include three grandchildren; one brother, Harold Hart, of California; and three sisters: Mrs. Barbara Henderson of Wawatosa, Wisconsin; Mrs. Ninette Peters of Waterloo, Iowa; and Beverly Perkins of Montgomery, Alabama.

Services were conducted at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, March 14, at the Collins Funeral Home in Winterset, with Father John Hart officiating. Burial was in the Winterset Cemetery.
