GAIL L. BEAMAN DIES AT 26 YEARS

Winterset Resident for Past Eight Years Died Sunday

Gail L. Beaman, 26-year-old Winterset resident, died Sunday March 20, at the home of his mother-in-law, Mrs. Leona Farwell.

Mr. Beaman was a native of Penn township, where he was born July 10, 1939, a son of Ormie M. and Burla Cox Beaman. He went to school in Adair county, but for the past eight years he had lived in Madison county. He was last employed at the Perry Pork Processing plant in Perry.

He was married at Adel in 1957 to Charlotte Farwell. They were parents of three children.

Surviving are the wife; the three children, Allen LeRoy, aged 7, Gail Ann, aged 5, and Karen Kay, aged 3 years. He also leaves his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ormie M. Beaman of Stuart; his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Hannah Duff of Winterset; two sisters, Mrs. Herbert Parrott of Orient and Mrs. Eugene O'Riley of Cumming; and two brothers, Francis Beaman of Orient and Pvt. Ronald G. Beaman, U.S. Army in Korea.

Funeral services were to be held this Wednesday at 2 p.m. from the Winterset Foursquare church, in charge of the pastor, the Rev. Charles Updike. Burial will be made in the Winterset cemetery.
