Page 3Otto Roark, 62, War Veteran, Dies
Otto Roark, 62, retired railroad man, died Friday at Veterans hospital where he had been a patient five months.
Roark, who lived at 1710 Eighth st., retired 20 years ago from railroad work. He was a Spanish-American war veteran.
Surviving besides his widow, Mrs. Julia Couch Roark, are three brothers, Edgar Roark of West Des Moines, Charles Roark of Stuart, Ia., and Bert Roark of Earlham, Ia.
Funeral services arranged by Caldwell-McIlhon funeral home will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday in St. Ambrose cathedral. Burial will be at Penn Center, Ia.
