MRS. OTTO FUNDINGER PASSED LAST SUNDAY

Jefferson Township Woman Had Been Fatally Ill More Than Year

Mrs. Otto Fundinger, a widely-known Jefferson township woman, died Sunday after a fatal illness of more than a year. She was 62 years of age.

Mrs. Fundinger was the former Mary Rosina Ziemann, daughter of August and Wilhelmine Ziemann, and was born in Jefferson township on July 18, 1880.

She was a life-long member of the Trinity Lutheran church in Jefferson township.

She was married to Otto Fundinger on Jan. 27, 1909. All their married life was spent in that community.

She is survived by her husband; three brothers, Reinhold Ziemann of Oakes, N.D. and Emil and Otto Ziemann of Van Meter.

Her funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon. The Rev. C. Lilie conducted brief services at the home at 1:30 and regular services at the Lutheran church in Jefferson township at 2 p.m. Burial was made in the church cemetery.
