Obituary – Mrs. W. S. Hildebrand

Sarah Eldora, daughter of S. W. and Martha Barrows was born in Polk county, Iowa, Nov. 14, 1866, departed this life June 13, 1913, aged 46 years, 6 months and 29 days. She was united in marriage to Winfield Scott Hildebrand, Dec. 31, 1884, to this union were born six children, four boys and two girls. Oscar, Eva, Mack, Anna, Hugh and Rhyme. She leaves to mourn her death, a husband, six children, an aged mother, two brothers, John of Missouri and Samuel of Jefferson township and one sister, Mrs. Mary Casper of Jefferson township. She was converted in early life. She was a kind and loving mother and has been a patient sufferer for the past four or five months. Funeral services were held at the North River U. B. church, June 14th, conducted by Rev. L. F. Davis. Interment in the church cemetery.
