MRS. EVERETT DRAKE Died Here Sunday

Mrs. Everett E. Drake, long-time resident of the Webster neighborhood, died Sunday at the age of 78 years.

Mrs. Drake was the former Dicy A. Wight, daughter of George and Mary Wight, and was born in Adair county on May 11, 1868.

In 1889 she was married to Everett E. Drake. They were he parents of three sons, and of a daughter who died in infancy.

Mrs. Drake attended school at Dexter. She was a member of the Webster Methodist church.

She is survived by her husband; the three sons, George, Edgar and Eugene Drake, all of Winterset; a brother, Rube Wight of Adair county; and four grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Tuesday from the Ramsey-Richards funeral home, in charge of the Rev. Arthur Weed, former pastor here. Burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.
