ELDON L. STEVENS, Niceville, Fla.

Funeral services for Eldon L. Stevens, 61, were held Mon., Jan. 6, 1992, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Winterset, with the Father Frank Palmer officiating. Mr. Stevens died of a heart attack December 30, 1991, at his home in Niceville, Fla.

A Winterset resident for 22 years, he was born in Creston June 28, 1930 to Emil E. and Velma (Breese) Stevens. He married Frances Callison May 8, 1954 in Winterset. He was senior project manager for Unysis Corporation and a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church.

Eldon L. Stevens was preceded in death by his father and a brother.

Surviving are his wife of Winterset; his mother of Winterset; three sons, Michael and Thomas, both of Winterset, and Clayton of Everman, Texas; four daughters, Teresa Stevens of West Des Moines; Shannon Leeson of Key West, Fla., Wendy Doty of Norwalk and Kelly Burhans of Winterset; two brothers, Jack of Salinas, Kan., and Larry of Des Moines; a sister, Marilyn Gentry of Red Oak; and five grandchildren.

Burial was at Winterset Cemetery.
