CLARENCE FREY, WINTERSET

Clarence "Bub" Frey, 71, of Winterset died Sept. 28, 2005, at Mercy Hospice in Johnston.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 7, at Ochiltree Funeral Service & Aftercare in Winterset. Burial will be at Lorimor Cemetery at a later date.

Bub Frey was born Aug. 8, 1934 to Harold and Laura (Cook) Frey of Murray. A resident of Winterset for most of his life, Bub had been employed by Madison County Memorial Hospital, retiring in 1993.

He was preceded in death by four brothers - Vernon, Harold Jr., Kenneth (Mort) and Galen.

He is survived by two sisters, Dorothy Porter of Altoona and Shirley Barton of Marion.
