Had Been Patient in Nursing Home Here for Last 10 Years
Beulah G. Black, a life-long resident of St. Charles community, died Tuesday Jan 22, at a Winterset nursing home, where she had been a patient the last 10 years. She was 63 years of age.
Miss Black was born near St. Charles on Dec. 18, 1899, a daughter of James R. and Sarah Ann Souders Black. She was a member of the St. Charles Christian church.
She never married, and nearest surviving relatives are a sister and brothers, Ora Black and Garry Black.
Funeral services were held last Friday from the St. Charles Christian, in charge of the Rev. James Farrell. Burial was made in the St. Charles cemetery.
