V. Pauline Grimm

LINDEN-A funeral for V. Pauline Grimm, 79, of Linden was held Aug. 2, 1993 at the United Methodist Church at Linden, with burial following at the West Linn Cemetery. Mrs. Grimm died on July 31 at Spurgeon Manor at Dallas Center.

The daughter of Edward and Esenatha Fry Jenks, she was born at Winterset on Jan. 20, 1914. She married Wayne Grimm at Waukee on June 13, 1931. They farmed together for 62 years, mostly in the Linden area.

Survivors include her husband, Wayne; two daughters, Betty Stech of Perry and Barbara Stech of Newton; a son, Richard of Copan, Okla.; a sister, Helen Conrad of Winterset; a brother, Ed Jenks of Des Moines; seven grandchilren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
