Christopher Marquardt, Van Meter

Christopher Wayne Marquardt, 62, of Van Meter, died June 8, 2004, in Madison County.

Funeral services were held Saturday, June 12 at Trinity Lutheran Church in rural Van Meter.

Chris Marquardt was born May 23, 1942 to Carroll and Helen (Trindle) Marquardt. Chris was a farm helper. He also was a member of the Trinity Lutheran church.

He is survived by five cousins, Marjorie Fogler, Yvonne Ory, Judy Brittain, Richard Marquardt and James Marquardt.

Memorial contributions may be directed to Trinity Lutheran Church or Raccoon Valley Humane Society.

Funeral arrangements were handled by McCalley Funeral Home in Adel.
