Raymond Brandt, Winterset

Services for Raymond Brandt, 73, Winterset, who died Thursday, July 2, at the Bethesda Care Center where he resided were held at the Collins Funeral Home Monday., July 6, with the Rev. Bob Epperson officiating. Burial was at the Winterset Cemetery.

Born in St. Charles on June 22, 1914, he was the son of Harry and Mary Huelik Brandt. He was married to Mildred Leah Black on Sept. 3, 1939 in Winterset. Mr. Brandt was a driver of bulk fuel. He had lived at Bethesda for 10 years.

Survivors include a son, Marvin Brandt of Algona; and three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, a daughter, a brother and a sister.
