MRS. ANNIE NIBLO Dies at 90 Years

Mrs. Annie M. Niblo, of Winterset, member of a well-known family in this community, died Thursday, Oct. 6, 1966, at a Winterset Nursing home. She was 90 years of age.

Mrs. Niblo was a life-time resident of Madison County. She was the former Annie Bruce, daughter of Francis and Harriett Templeton Bruce, and was born in this county Dec. 27, 1875. As a young woman she served as a school teacher.

She was married Jan. 27, 1898 to Robert S. Niblo. His death occurred in 1938.

Mrs. Niblo was a member of the First Methodist church of Winterset.

She is survived by a son, Dale Niblo, and a daughter, Mrs. Alvin Alexander, both of Winterset; three grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Ray Sage of Minnesota.

Funeral services were held Monday from the Collins Funeral home in Winterset, conducted by the Rev. E. K. Burham, pastor of the First Methodist church. Burial was made in the Winterset Cemetery.
