Nelle McClure, Winterset

Services for Nelle McClure, 91, Winterset, who died Feb. 6 at Bethesda Care Center, will be held Thursday, Feb. 8, at 1:30 p.m. at the Collins Funeral Home with the Rev. Clarence Lautt officiating. Burial was at the Winterset Cemetery.

Born in Madison County on Nov. 13, 1897, she was the daughter of James and Fannie O'Dell Breeding. She was a schoolteacher and taught in rural schools in Madison County.

Mrs. McClure was a lifetime resident of Madison County and was a member of the First United Methodist Church and the Women's Society of Christian Service.

Survivors include many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, W. P. McClure, her parents, seven brothers and two sisters.
