Friday February 16, 1894

Mr. Samuel Welch, of Scott township, died yesterday. He had been suffering from an attack of grip for some considerable time, and last Saturday he had a stroke of paralysis. Mr. Welch was an old-time citizen of this county, and was held in high esteem by frineds and neighbors.
