Tena DeBoer, 92, of Rock Rapids died Monday, Oct. 3, 1994, at her home.

Services were First Baptist Church, rural George, with interment in the church cemetery.

Tena Timmer was born June 4, 1902, at Hampton. She lived her youth in the Little Rock area and attended country school. On Oct. 5,1938, she married Henry DeBoer at South Sioux City. They farmed east of Rock Rapids. Her husband preceded her in death.

Survivors include one son, Eugene of Rock Rapids; three grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; one brother, Ekke of Sheldon, and two sisters, Dena Geerdes of Sibley and Anna Kruger of Des Moines.
