Folkert Kuper, Sr., died Thursday March 31, 1923, at the home of a son, C. F. Kuper, in Kanaranzi township, Minnesota. He was just past 84 years of age. The funeral was held at Ebenezer church on the state line north of Rock Raplds, Rev. H. J. Noeding conducting the services. Interment was at Ackley, Ia., the old family home.

The following sons mourn the passing of their fahlier: Cornelius F., of Kanaranzi township; Folkert Jr., of Midland township; George, of Lennox, S. D. and Harm, of Ackley.
