Funeral services for Albert Kroger were held May 29, 1992 at English Lutheran Church of Larchwood, Lyon county, Iowa.

Albert Kroger, 84, or rural Inwood, died May 26, 1992 at the Good Samaritan Center at Canton, South Dakota.

Mr. Kroker was born January 25, 1908, in Alvord, Lyon county, Iowa, the son of Ferdinand and Wilhemina (Gunther) Kroger. He married Florence Erdman November 27, 1929 in Alvord. The couple farmed in the Alvord, Inwood and Larchwood areas. Mrs. Kroger died may 3, 1976.

Mr. Kroger was a charter member and former elder and Sunday School teacher of the English Lutheran Church.

Survivors include a son, Paul, of Canton, South Dakota; four daughters, Mrs. John (Fern) Canniegeter of Belvidere, Illinois, Kathryn Kroger or Rock Valley, Iowa, Mrs. Gerald (Norma) Van Grootheest of Doon, Iowa, and Mary Kroger of Inwood; 21 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren; 2 great-granddaughters and a brother, Otto Kroger, of Inwood.

Interment was in the Larchwood Cemetery.
