Funeral services for Roger Pedersen, of Inwood, Lyon county, Iowa were held on March 14, 1992 in Bethlehem Lutheran Church of Inwood with interment in Richland Cemetery.

He died Wednesday, March 11, 1992 in McKennan Hospital, Sioux Falls, Minnehaha county, South Dakota.

Mr. Pedersen was born December 7. 1934 near Larchwood, in Lyon county. He graduated from Inwood High School in 1953. he received the Iowa Farmer Award as a senior and was a stat FFA officer after high school.

On June 19, 1955 he married Marliss Cornelius in Inwood. The farmed in the Inwood area.

He was a past trustee and lay ministry board member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church and a nine-year board member and past president of the Inwood Coop Elevator.

Survivors include his wife; his mother, Kristine Pedersen of Inwood and two brothers, Ernst, of Sea City, Iowa and Art of Inwood.
