(Funeral services for Herman Olson, 77, of rural Inwood, Lyon county, Iowa were held February 5, 1992 at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church of rural Inwood, with interment in the church cemetery.

He died February 2, 1992 at his residence.

Mr. Olson was born December 21, 1914 on the family farm near Inwood. He farmed on the family farm with his brother and also raised Belgian horses.

Survivors include two brothers, Stanley of Inwood and Milo of Larchwood, also in Lyon county, Iowa; five sisters, Mrs. Bill (Myrtle) Kuecker and Olive Magnuson, both of Inwood; Oneva Peterson of Canton, South Dakota, Helen Sorenson of Beresford, South Dakota, and Mrs. Elmer (Palma) Sundem of Hills, Minnesota.
