MRS. ELIZABETH FOUNTAIN died at Confidence, in Wayne County, a few days
since at the advanced age of 103 -- would have been 104 had she lived until
Christmas. She had a wide acquaintance in the four counties and was the
grandmother of MRS. DR. ANDERSON of this city. This week's Corydon Democrat
printed a double column half tone of this noted woman.
