Death of Mrs. Lane 1898

Mrs. Elizabeth Lane died June 27, at the home of her son, Sam Lane, living ten miles south of Chariton, at the age of ninety years. She was the mother of Mrs. Lee Crawford of this city and James Lane of Benton township. The remains were laid to rest in the Chariton cemetery yesterday.
