William Blair's wife appears to have been Lucinda Stanton. This information came from my checking for you several marriage, death and obituary records for their children listed in the 1850 Census for Wapello, Louisa, Iowa. The records are pretty consistent for the name Stanton. They also appear to have come from Blount County, Tennessee. Hope this helps.
