Seeking birth record, death notice or obituary, funeral home record or cemetery record of Francis (Frankie) Cotter born 12 July 1883 (I think at Elm Grove Township) and died 11 February 1885. Burial at Fulton Cemetery, Marshall Township. Tombstone says child of R and S Cotter. Trying to determine who S Cotter is and what the cause of death was for Francis.
