CLINTHA GEARHART

Mrs. Clintha Martha Gearhart, 90, of Wapello, (Iowa) died Wednesday, June 27, 1990, at home.

Born September 30, 1899, at Foster, she was the daughter of Dr. Wilson J. and Eva Kremer Woodruff. She married Paul Gearhart November 13,1941 at Little Rock, Arkansas.

She had worked as a dietician, a school teacher, a practical nurse, and had worked at the Iowa Army Ammunition Plant. She was a graduate of the Wapello High School. She was a member of the United Methodist Church the Mary Circle, and the Order of Eastern Star No. 257, all of Wapello.

Her husband survives.

The services for Mrs. Gearhart were at. 10 a.m. Friday at the United Methodist Church, Wapello, with Rev. George Yetter and the Order of Eastern Star Chapter officiating. Dudgeon-McCulley Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

The body has been donated to the University of Iowa.

Memorial funds have been established for the United Methodist Church and the Order of Eastern Star Scholarship Fund.
