Daniel Kallenberger was born in Muscatine, Iowa, Aug. 25, 1887 and died at the home of his sister, Mrs. Farrie Gast, Saturday, Aug. 13, 1910, after a lingering illness of several years. He was the youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. G. D. Kallenberger. He spent the greater part of his life here with his father and sister. He was the youngest of seven children all of which with his mother preceded him in death. His father and two sisters, Mrs. Farrie Gast and Mrs. J. H. Hidlebaugh are left to mourn his departure. He died in the living faith knowing that Christ would come in his own good time to take him home where suffering and sorrow are no more. The funeral was held from the home of his sister, Mrs. F. Gast, Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment in the Grandview cemetery, M. G. Hummell conducting the services.
