George Cunningham, one of the most highly respected citizens of Morning Sun, died suddenly and unexpectedly Monday morning. He was out to Sunday school and church both morning and evening the day before and seemed in his usual health. He was about eighty years of age and had resided in Morning Sun for many years, where he was formerly engaged in the mercantile business. He stood high in the community and was an influential member of the Reformed Presbyterian church.
