A blind horse stumbled and fell on its rider, Thomas Morgan, near Cotter Sunday morning, crushing the victim's skull. He died in an hour. The young man had made preparations to attend church and had harnessed a horse for that purpose. The animal was left in the barn while Mr. Morgan went to the house to dress and during his absence wandered away. He immediately obtained another animal, which was blind and went in search of the straying horse. While going down the road at a good clip the blind horse stumbled and fell with Mr. Morgan underneath. When found he was unconscious. His skull crushed. Mr. Morgan was a most estimable young man. He resided with his parents. Mr. and Mrs. John Morgan, on a farm about four miles south of Cotter. He was unmarried.
