Lloyd Moore, a former resident of Columbus City, where he spent his boyhood, was killed by a train at Independence, Iowa, Friday and the body was brought here for interment. Services were held Sunday morning at the United Presbyterian church at Columbus City and were conducted by Rev. W. G. Robertson. Deceased was about 24 years of age and is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Moore, of Cedar Rapids.
