Miss Ethel DeFord, daughter of Wils DeFord, a former resident of Columbus City, died Tuesday afternoon at her home at Moline, Illinois, at the age of twenty years. Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the home in Moline after which the body was brought to this city where interments was made Thursday morning in the Columbus City cemetery. She is survived by her father, Wils DeFord and two sisters, Gertrude at home and Mrs. Thomas Shofe, of Moline. Three sisters and her mother preceded her in death.
