Grover Coder, son of Mr. and Mrs. N. G. Coder, of Letts, died Sunday at the Lutheran hospital at Des Moines following an operation on his shoulder. Deceased served oversees in the world war. Prior to his entry in the service he was a druggist in Muscatine and since his return he has been employed by the Des Moines Drug Co. wholesale druggists. He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. N. G. Coder, of Letts, two brothers, John Q. and Bert Coder, of Lakota; and three sisters, Mrs. H. E. McCormac, of Letts; Mrs. Grant Morgan, of Cairo, Illinois; Miss Nellie Coder, of Letts. The remains were brought to Letts where funeral services were held Wednesday and interment made in the Letts cemetery.
