Robert S. Delzell died at Morning Sun, January 27th. The funeral was held Monday from the home of his son, S. H. Delzell. Deceased was born in this county 72 years ago. He was married February 13, 1883 to Arminda J. Collins, who preceded him in death two months ago. To them nine children were born, seven of whom survive to mourn his death. They are: Samuel H. and Thomas W. of Morning Sun; Mrs. Orpha Jane Swan, of Britt; Mrs. Mary Baumgardner, of Wapello, John H. Delzell and Mrs. Lillie McClanahan, of Davenport; and Frank R. Delzell, of Wisconsin Rapids, Wis.
