John Boggs, a pioneer and esteemed resident of Conesville, died Tuesday afternoon, October 11th, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Dora Jarrard, at Cone, with whom he has been making his home. He came to Cone at the age of eighteen from Ohio and has since made that his home. He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Effie Trautman, of Ft. Collins, Colorado; Mrs. Dora Jarrard, of Cone; Mrs. Jake Snyder, of near Cranston and two sons, Thomas Boggs, of Cranston and John B. Boggs, of Hazelton. He is also survived by three sisters, Mrs. Clara McDaniels, of Muscatine, Mrs. Mary Maxwell, of Cone and Mrs. Sarah Sears, of Nebraska city, Nebr.
