The body of Mrs. J. K. Pickett, a former well known resident of this city, was brought to Columbus Junction, Saturday morning and taken to the M. W. Klotz home on South Hill. Funeral services were conducted Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Presbyterian church and were in charge of Rev. W. E. Ruston. Interment was made in the Columbus City cemetery.
