Minas Hendrickson, son of Thomas Hendrickson, of this city, died at Des Moines at the home of his mother, Mrs. Laura Smith, Tuesday, January 23, 1917. His death was due to an abscess on the lung which was caused by a fall from a building in Des Moines some weeks ago. He was taken to the Methodist hospital in that city for treatment following the accident but gradually grew worse and was later taken to the home of his mother where he died Tuesday. Deceased was born in Washington county, April 27, 1891. He is survived by his mother and one brother, John, of Des Moines, his father, Thomas Hendrickson, of this city, and his wife, who was Miss Daisy Abbleby of Manchester, to who he was married September 16, 1916. The body was brought to this city Thursday morning in charge of his uncle, Chas. W. Hendrickson, and taken to Gladwin, where funeral services were held this afternoon conducted by Rev. S. R. Drake. Deceased is also survived by his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Austin Hendrickson, of Gladwin and by two uncles, George and Charles Hendrickson, and one aunt, Mrs. Edgar Todd.
