Mrs. Mary Stewart Schulz passed away at her home in Des Moines, Iowa, on March 4th, 1916. She was born in Little Sioux, Harrison county, Iowa, Feb. 26, 1860, being 56 years and 7 days old at the time of her death. A nervous breakdown which developed into pneumonia was the cause of her death. She leaves to mourn her death, her mother, Mrs. G. F. Marion and one brother, John, of Keokuk, Iowa; another brother, Joseph, of Big Lake, Wash.; two sisters, Mrs. M. J. Henderschott, of Muscatine, and Mrs. W. W. Bowlby, of Davenport, Iowa; her husband, W. J. Schulz and daughter, Mrs. Ed Wardwell, of Des Moines; a son, Robert Stewart, now a missionary in Cebu-Cebu P. Island and a daughter, Mrs. Wm Meader, of Chicago. The body was shipped here for burial arriving Wednesday morning. Funeral service was held from the undertaking parlors this Thursday morning at ten o'clock and interment was made in the Tennessee cemetery beside her first husband and three children.
