Earl Alloway, the young son of Mr. and Mrs. James Alloway, died at the home of his parents in Columbus City at 10 o'clock Sunday night after an illness of seven weeks with pneumonia. Earl was born April 28, 1912 in Columbus City. His death in the very beginning of youth is mourned by his parents and by four brothers, Sherman, of the U. S. Army at San Diego, Cal., Clarence, Elmer and Charles at home and two sisters, Agnes and Frances at home. Funeral services were held Tuesday morning at 10:30 o'clock at the Methodist church at Columbus City conducted by Rev. Fred Stilwell. Interment in the Columbus City cemetery.
