W. Scott Baker, a former well know business man of Nichols, Iowa, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. T. Eland at Letts, Sunday after an illness of three months. In late years Mr. Baker has made his home at Sioux Falls but previous to that he lived at Nichols where he was engaged in the mercantile business for over 20 years. For several years he was cashier of the Nichols Savings bank. The funeral was held at the Eland home in Letts Wednesday morning at 11 o'clock. Interment was made at Nichols.
