Following an illness of seven months during which period three operations for appendicitis and peritonitis were necessary, William Nolind, a well known resident of Conesville, died last evening at 7:30 o'clock at the Hershey hospital. He was 35 years of age. Mr. Nolind was born at Nichols, Iowa, August 30, 1879. He lived there but a few years, moving with his parents to Conesville when still a boy. He followed the vocations of farmer and carpenter. He was a member of the Conesville Methodist Episcopal church and the Homesteaders lodge. He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Mary Nolind, his grandmother, Mrs. Leah Nolind, four sisters, Mrs. Will Criss, Mrs. Frank Crieger, Mrs. John English, all of Conesville and Mrs. J. E. Graebener of Muscatine. The body is now at the home of J. E. Graebener, 600 Pine street. It will be taken to Conesville tomorrow morning. Funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon from the Conesville M. E. church. The Rev. S. H. Schwab, pastor of the German Congregational church of this city will officiate. Interment will be made in the Conesville cemetery.
