Mr. Daniel Murphy died at his home in Port Allen, Wednesday morning, March 14, at 7:15 after an illness of over ? weeks. He was something over forty four years of age. Had been married twice and was the father of five children, two by his first wife, three by the one who survives him, formerly Miss Nelle Wiltrout. One child by her died in infancy. (unreadable section) Funeral from the home today, burial in the Coffman cemetery.
