The death of Mrs. Nancy Isett, which occurred at her home in Wapello last Sunday, deserves something more than more than a passing notice. She was the wife of the late E. B. Isett, one of the very first business men in Wapello. The Isetts must have come here very early in the forties, if not prior to that time. On Mr. Isett's death, which occurred many years ago, she was left with a family of five children to care for. She was faithful to the charge in every particular. Two of them are dead Mrs. D. N. Spraugue and a son who suddenly and mysteriously disappeared more than twenty years ago. The living ones are: J. O., Stewart and Geo. W. Isett, all living in Wapello.
