Letts, February 4 - Mrs. J. A. Thompson after several day's illness with pneumonia, died Sunday evening at 9 o'clock. The funeral took place today from the M. E. church, conducted by Rev. Pool. Interment in the Letts cemetery.

Word was received Sunday evening of the death of Mrs. Dr. Thompson at Letts. The deceased was formerly Miss Mary Wilson. She was born and died here and taught in the public schools.
