Flora, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harrison Bobo, died at the home of her parents on Fourth street, Thursday evening, December 28, after an illness of 18 days. Her death was the result of an attack of diphtheria from which was convalescent. She appeared to be regaining her usual health and ate dinner with the family on the day of her death. Diptheritic poising caused paralysis to develope and she died that evening about 9 o'clock. She was a bright little girl of 10 years, and the loss to her parents can only be realized by those who have been similarly bereft. Her associates have lost and loved playmate and can only wait for the happy reunion in the great hereafter. The funeral was from the house Friday afternoon, conducted by Rev. M. J. Pusey. Interment at Tennessee cemetery.
