Mrs. James Blanchard died at her home in this city Sunday morning. The funeral services were held Monday afternoon. Mrs. Blanchard was born June 26, 1839, at Crawfordsville, Indiana, and came with her parents to Louisa County in 1845, being then but six years of age. She was married to James Blanchard in 1856. She was a member of the Christian Church.
