Word was received here this afternoon of the death here this afternoon of the death of Rush Hale, formerly of Wapello. Deceased was the eldest son of Mr. John Hale of this place. Mr. Hale has been in feeble health for some time, hence his death was not unexpected. He was forty-five years of age and an architect and builder by trade. In 1878 he was married to Miss May Silverthorn and resided in Wapello until 1887 when he removed to Sandiago, California. In 1890 he again removed to Villisca, where he has lived until his death. He leaves a wife and two daughters to mourn his loss. The news this afternoon was a great shock to the aged father, as scarcely four months have passed since his youngest son died. The funeral of Mr. Hale will take place tomorrow at Villisca
