WAPELLO – A luncheon in memory of Merwin Kerr will be held at the Louisa County Heritage Museum at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, January 30, 2013. Family and friends are invited to honor the life of Merwin to died December 16, 2012 in Riverside, CA. He was the son of Ruth Kerr and the late Lawrence Kerr, Wapello.
