Ricky Joe Noble, 52, of Bettendorf, passed away on Thursday, December 20, 2012 at Genesis Medical Center, East Rusholme in Davenport. Services to celebrate his life will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, December 24, 2012 at Our Savior Lutheran Church, 3775 Middle Road in Bettendorf. The family will greet friends from 9:00 am to service time at the church. Weerts Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Burial is scheduled for 12:15 on Monday at Oak Ridge Cemetery in West Liberty. The family will be having a lunch and time of fellowship at the First Church United, 1100 N. Calvin Street in West Liberty following the burial. Memorials may be made to Our Savior Lutheran Church or to his family.

Rick was born in 1960 in Davenport, to Ken and Josephine Noble. He went to grade school and began Jr. High at Columbus Community School in Cotter and Columbus Junction, Iowa. He attended high school in West Liberty from where he graduated in May 1978. He then attended Muscatine Community College and the University of Iowa. Rick married Annette Riley in November 1983 and was blessed with a son and three daughters. Rick was able to find love again with Carole Redeker Haut, who he married in January 2007. In joining with Carole he welcomed two step-sons and a step- daughter.

Rick was employed in several Quality Control positions and was most recently employed by Volt at the John Deere Product Development facility in Silvis, IL. Rick enjoyed cooking, baking and loved spending quality time with his family.

Survivors include his wife, Carole; son, Dustin (Amanda) Noble; daughters, Samantha (Jose) Delgado, Bridget Noble and Nicole Noble (fiancé Jacob Smith); step-son, Josh (Venus) Haut, step-daughter, Hollea Haut; and step-son, Seth Haut. Together they spoiled grandchildren, Ryan Noble, Joseph Delgado, Kylie Smith, Alexis Ganzer, Emilea Haut and Olivia Haut. They welcomed Suzie Liang from China into their home in 2008 while she attended high school and have left an open door into their home for her ever since. He also leaves behind his parents of West Liberty, a brother, Morrie (Kathy) Noble of Atalissa; a sister, Debra (Steve) Droz; and brothers and sisters-in-law, Susan and Dan Krob, Kay Grover and Bill and Linda Redeker. He was preceded in death by grandparents Joseph Kaufmann, Wanda Noble and Richard and Hildreth Noble.
