Henry T. Swailes, 75, of Columbus Junction, died Sunday, December 4, 2011, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m., on Friday, December 9, 2011, at Grace United Church of Christ in Conesville. Burial will take place at Conesville Cemetery.
