Tyson Fredrick Collett, 19-day-old infant son of Nicholas and Yvonne (Carlson) Collett, died Tuesday, November 22, 2011, at the University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City. He was born November 3, 2011 at Great River Medical Center in West Burlington.

Survivors include: his parents of Burlington; a sister, Braelynn Collett at home; maternal grandparents, Craig and Tammy Carlson of Columbus Junction; Paternal grandparents, Steve and Pam Collett of Burlington; great-grandparents, Fred and Vonnie Carlson of Wapello; Jim and Darlene Paul of Wapello; Barry and Shirley Collett of Burlington; Judy Bellegante of Burlington; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation was Sunday, November 27 from 1-3:00 p.m. at Dudgeon-McCulley Funeral Home in Wapello, with interment to follow at the Wapello Cemetery. A general memorial has been established .
