Mrs. H. I. Henderson, 909 S. Garfield avenue, died at Burlington hospital Monday at 9:30 a.m. after an extended illness.

She was born in Des Moines county, December 18, 1882, the daughter of Henry and Louise Miller Flege and in August 1905, was united in marriage to Hugh I. Henderson in Burlington. She was a member of the Sharon Reformed Presbyterian church.

Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Sadie Henderson of Morning Sun, and Mrs. Mary Siekman of Burlington; a half-sister, Mrs. Slema Herrill of Burlington; her stepmother, Mrs. Louisa Flege of Burlington; a niece, Mrs. Ada Wischmeier of Burlington, with whom she made her home; several other nieces and nephews; and a stepdaughter, Marie Henderson of New York state.

Funeral services were held in the Sharon Reformed Presbyterian church Wednesday at 2 pm and were in charge of Rev. M.W. Dougherty. Burial was in the Sharon cemetery.
